As the country shifted to working from home and endured recent social unrest, the commitment to diversity and social justice has become an important focus for California cable companies. Michelle Ray, Executive Director of the Walter Kaitz Foundation, will share how telecommunications is providing support and resources around diversity, equality, and inclusion.

With COVID as the backdrop, Supply Chain executives share key insights into the cable and telecommunications industry’s response to the current supplier environment and offer up thoughts on how best to navigate. The successful Prime and Subcontractor panel will discuss what it takes to pivot as corporations pivot and the critical need to constantly align your company as a strategic partner at all levels.
11:15 am - 12:00 pm (PST) - Insight and Resources for Business Success in a Post COVID World
A panel of leaders from key California based business organizations will discuss what they are learning as they monitor the business health and needs of their members. As leaders, they have been in touch with companies from every industry all over California and will provide advice and actions business owners can take to maintain and grow your business. Each organization will highlight immediate resources available to business owners and how to determine what resources are a good fit.
12:00 pm - 12:10 pm (PST) - 1:1 Virtual Matchmaker Information
Diverse Suppliers who successfully register and submit a company description and keywords by October 27, 2020 will be reviewed and preselected by Cable Company representatives and prime suppliers. Individual meeting invites will be sent by calendar invite and will include all parties that will participate in the 1:1 virtual meeting. Each meeting will take place in the Cable Company and/or prime suppliers preferred virtual meeting room.
